    Wink Hi

    Hello. I just wanted to let everyone know that I am new to this and the board. I found out I had PCOS at my last OB/GYN appt. I've done some reseach on it and it don't seem that bad. I am overweight and have irregular periods. Thats about all of the symptoms. I am going this Tuesday for a pelvic us. My Dr. is pretty sure I have it. So do I. My mother had it to. She had to have the ovarian drilling. And she had two kids. Right know I am just kind of depressed b/c ever since you were a child you knew that one day you could "just have kids". And my one day has come and I can't. I look at ppl that are pregnant and it kind of makes me want to cry. Just because I can't be without a little help. I just hope I can do this..Loose weight...and have a baby! Well i am excited about this board. I think it will be awsome!

    1. Exercise using Taebo at least 1 time per week,and yoga at least 1 time per week.
    2. Stick to low glycemic foods.

    going through chemo for breast cancer at present.

    Me - 42, hubby 37 son 12. Married 15 years

    I know it can be discouraging to need help to conceive (my husband really hated that part, it seems like everyone around you can just decide to do it, and then just do it!) But you will find a lot of support and encouragement here. Good luck with ttc! It's great that you have your mom to talk to about this too! If you ever want to talk, please pm me!
