I just found out I am hypothyroid. A few years ago I was normal. You may be borderline. I also have heart palpitaions so I dont think the pulse has anything to do with it because mine goes nuts sometimes. Now that I am on thyroid pills I am feeling better. I am convinced the PCOs and thyroid were the reasons for my heart trouble since it seems better. I would look online to see what a normal level is and then ask your doctor what your test was. I read that many doctors ignore it if it is borderline. You can also take your temp and if it is constantly low that is a sign.If you truly have all the symptoms which are similar to PCOS I would go to a health store and get something natural and see if you feel better with that.
