I have been diagnosed with PCOS since 2004 but I knew about 10 years ago when I was still at school that I had it but no-one believed me!!! Ha Ha, I told them I was right!!!!!
Anyway, I just wanted to say Hi to you all!!! I'm not on any currect medication as I am STILL having lab work done (and I work in the lab, lucky me!!!! Sneaking in extra tests when no-one is looking!! Well, my wages are rubbish, need some perks to my job!!) I am on antidepressants, Citalopram but I think it has a nother name in the US. My main problem is the excess body and face hair. I do love that feeling of desperation when I have to shave my breasts before a major night out, such fun!!!

Just wanted to say hello and welcome. If you're anything like me, you probably just want to get through all that testing and get some treatment, waiting is so difficult. It also took me a long time to get diagnosed even though i suspected for a very long time what was going on. There's lot of great info and supportive women here, good luck!
