I am Leora, i first visited the site when I was trying to find out more about PCOS, I was diagnosed a couple of years ago and still not feeling like everything was right I took it upon myself to do further research into whats going on and have recently been diagnosed as Insulin Resistant its been a big roller coaster ride and I am hoping now I am on the right track and fingers are crossed I will start to see some changes in how I am feeling. I pop in to see what latest info there is and to gain more knowledge. I live in Sydney and if anyone else is around I am alway looking for someone else to share stories with and get ideas on how to cope with diets and life in general.
