I think what they call "pre-diabetic" is the zone between 110 and 125. I think it used to be called borderline diabetes.
Since 110 and under is considered non-diabetic and 125 and over is considered diabetic, people whose tests results fall between the two numbers get classified as pre-diabetic which means if they don't watch their diets they will be diabetic within the coming years.
If you are careful of what you eat and exercise regularly you may stave off becoming diabetic.
