Hi everyone, obviously I'm new here. I was dx'd with PCOS last year when I went to my OBGYN about trying to concieve. DH and I had been married 11 years (just celebrated our 12th!) and while we never actively tried to get pregnant, we didn't try to prevent it either. It just never happened. So, I was referred to an RE right away. He did a SA on DH and I had a laproscopy and hysteroscopy done to rule out any other problems. Thankfully everything came back good, just this crazy PCOS affliction that I knew nothing about at the time.

I've been semi successful at staying on a low GI diet and increasing my exercise. Metformin no longer makes me sick, which is a major victory in my book! But, I still find myself frustrated and angry with this crazy disease that make my body betray me. I'm currently on Metormin, Follistim with a Novarel trigger, baby aspirin, vitamins...sometimes with the meds and needles I feel like I'm operating a pharmacy! Anyway, I look forward to getting to know ya'll!
