Well i was just diagnosed with PCOS friday. And i guess as many of you felt when you first found out, i'm a little overwhelmed. I am glad that i finally have an answer yet i feel more hopeless than ever. I am going to be on the BCP Yasmin and another med (forgot the name) and although my doctor was very nice and helpful i still feel so confused about the whole thing. Does that make sense? Anyway, i guess it just takes time to take it all in. I was wanted to introduce myself. I know many of you have a lot of knowledge about PCOS and i hope you will help me as a newbie Thanks for your time !

welcome! You'll find all kinds of awesome information and support here. I know what you mean about being glad you finally have an answer, but still hopeless. Fortunately it didn't take you very long to find Soulcysters, a wealth of knowledge. Together, we can all beat this!

Thank you ladies for the warm welcome. Its nice to have a support group and have someone who can relate. Most people, including my family, dont know anything about PCOS, so they are clueless when i tell them i've been diagnosed with it. Anyway, thanks for your kindness .
