Hi i'm new.....please help

Hi i'm new and I'm 16 years old and i have excess dark body hair.....i have it on my back, abdomen, arms, legs, thighs, upper lip and bum. I hate it and I want to get rid of it for good...I'm going to see my doctor about it for the first time next week...it makes me feel so depressed and i just want to be normal....i heard there are pills i can take to stop/ reduce the hair growth....can anyone tell me if they work or not?? I currently have to shave my whole body everyday and i hate it. Can any one else tell me any ways they keep their hair away for longer? I'm just asking for general advice really about what i can do about my hair

Hi! I'm in the same boat. I'm not sure if you saw the hair growth/loss section of the board...it usually has some good stuff. They mentioned Magic cream (but it smells awful). They use it on their bums but I haven't tried yet...just my legs. It kept the hair gone for about 4 days or so (on my legs). I've been scared to shave the other parts of my body because I don't know how its going to come back, ya know?

I'm going to the doctors when I go home for Christmas break so hopefully I can find out more then. (Which unfortunately is a ways away.

)

I hope you can find some information out and get rid of that hair. I understand how depressing and unattractive you can feel with all that hair.

wow 4 days with out hair....my hair usually starts growing back stubbly after 24hrs.....it's annoying...actually, I take the oral combined contraceptive pill to regulate my periods and I have actually noticed over the 2 years i've been taking it, my body hair actually is shorter and all over my body i have small patches were my body hair doesn't grow back if i look close enough but i still have a coniderable amount thouugh.....where do I buy magic cream?

I found mine at a Family Dollar. I think most people said they found theirs at Walgreens. It's meant for african american men on their face so it may be in the ethnic section...
