Hi-

I was just recently (15th) diagnosed with PCOS, finally. DH and I have been ttc for 2 years now, with not a speck of luck or hope left. Finally my Primary Care Dr. did some tests and found that I not only have rupturing cysts causing horrible pain on my right side, but my left ovary is missing... yes missing...lol My fasting blood sugar was 89 which I don't know if that's good or not but she also looked at some of the hormone tests she did and decided to put me on Metformin. I am starting with 500mg a day, then in two weeks uping it to 750mg a day. She'll see me again in two months and reevaluate things. I guess I'm here for some support, information, and to see what's next.
