I m/c last April and ended up back at the Dr. in January wondering what was going on with my cycles. I was diagnosed then with PCOS and saw my PCP in April, tested my glucose and started me on Metformin. I am 29 and really hoping to get pg very soon!

Met can work wonders for cycles and a lot of women here got pregnant on Met alone...however, some it takes more than that.

The fact you got pregnant before is a good sign, though...it may just take you getting back to that point and maybe stating on Met while pregnant to keep that baby cooking.
