Default Hi *waves* newly diagnosed and kinda confused.

Hi, I'm Helly, I got diagnosed back in April.

I had a ruptured ovarian cyst in November last year and tests run following that showed that I have high testosterone levels and a 2:1 LH/FSH level, I was diagnosed with PCOS.

Since then I've had ongoing problems with pelvic pain which I guess was always there. I've always had trouble with periods being irregular, and can go months without having them but I don't really have many other symptoms of PCOS. I don't suffer from acne, I've never been overweight, in fact I only weigh 110pounds. I do suffer from depression which my Doctor said was a symptom. I'm so confused though. I'm only 20 and the doctor's haven't really told me much, my Mam suggested that I look on the internet for help/advice.

What does this all mean for me? What effect is it going to have in my future? I guess I'm freakingout a little bit.
