 high cholesterol
hi,
i am fairly new here but have been diagnosed for ages.my doc is sending me to a consultant endocrinologist, but he wants me to have a lipids check and lose some weight b4 i see him next month.lose weight? yeah right!! When i asked why he said pcos can pre dispose me to aterial disease!!Is high cholesterol common in us PCOS girls?The mere mention of heart disease sends shivers. As i am a pessimist (and overweight) i am presuming my lipids are going to be high, can this be reversed?
