My LH:FSH ratio is about 3. Wondering if anyone has tried black cohosh for reduction of LH, either with or without Vitex?

I am interested in Black Cohosh also. I am searching for something to make my cycle start and shed my lining. Progesterone isn't working so far. I would be interested in what you have learned.
