A high white blood cell count in a urine test is very common. It is usually called "positive leucocyte esterase" on the urinalysis and then the tech scans a sample of the spun urine to do a count of the amount of white cells in a field. Your result may say something like, WBC 10-15. That would indicate ten to fifteen white cells per microscope field. It could just be from inflammation in the vagina or urethra, or if accompanied by bacteria it could be an indicator of a urinary tract infection. I would guess that the doc would order a culture of the urine to check for infection. I am not aware of any connection to PCOS with high white counts in urine.
