Default Higher temps on Metformin?

Has anyone else experience higher charting temps (cd 1 and cd 2 for example) when they first started taking Metformin?

I'm on month 2 and I'm surprised at how high my temps are for cd 1 and cd 2.

AF is here and there is clotting so i know there's not chance for a pregnancy... I'm just surprised and wondering of the others!

My chart is below:

I've noticed the same thing, but just thought it was because I was still bleeding from my m/c. But I'm on CD9 and my temps are usually 97.2-97.4 and it's been 97.6 for the past 2 days and higher before that. I just started met a about 2 weeks ago. I know that your temp can be erratic during AF. I'll let ya know if mine doesn't go down to my normal range in the next couple of days.

I have noticed that my temps have gone up too. I have been on Met about 2 weeks and my waking temps went from about 97.2 to 97.5 (and I know I have not ovulated yet). Great question!

You know though, I think the time change has me confused too.... and I don't want to have to wake up an hour earlier if I don't have to

I'm actually glad someone brought this up - I've seen mine go up and stay up. Normally my waking temps were around 97.4 or so and now they've stayed pretty consistently at 98.1.

Heh - if I hadn't taken 4 HPT's I'd still be wondering if I was preggers :p
