Hi -

My husband and I thought we were pretty sure that these hives I have been battling for about 6 weeks now had come before I started my first cycle of Clomid. However, now I just don't know. We can't find a single other change in my environment that would have caused such a severe, daily reaction. I also know that I am sensitve to all medications which makes me wonder about the Clomid.

I just took my second round, 100mg. The hives seem to have gotten worse. My doctor has me on a 24 hour cycle of Allegra and Zyrtec but it's not working that well.

I am going crazy - has anyone else experienced hives as a side effect of Clomid?

Yikes! That is unfortunate!! I would take some benedryl if your doctor okay's it. Zyrtec and Allegra are good allergy meds, but it takes about a week for them to work to their full extent. Benedryl will give you instant relief while you wait for the RX to kick in. Something definitely is not agreeing with you. Good luck!
