My name is Emma and I was just diagnosed with PCOS on Friday when I went for my internal ultrasound. I must admit that I am not surprised. But of course I am still upset.
I am waiting on a referral from my doc to go to a Fertility Gyno, which I hope will be in the next couple of weeks to get the ball rolling. I don't know an awful lot about PCOS, but I am hoping that I can learn all I need to know via this forum.

Welcome! Getting a diagnosis is sometimes the hardest part...so you are on your way. Most of us are able to get pg. It just takes a little trial and error to figure out what combo of thing works for us! Good luck and keep us updated.

Hi Emma welcome to sc its a great palce for finding info and helping with what you should ask at appointment the newbie road map is a great place to start. it helped me a lot before i went to my first fertiltiy clinic in march im due back next week. Hope all goes well.
