I've been lurking around a bit over the past week or so and as I sit here I am in complete shock. I can't believe I didn't know about this place a long time ago. I'm not alone and I didn't even know it. All of the issues that I have and thought I was so strange...I guess it turns out I'm not that weird after all.
I'm so glad...you have no idea what this has done for me. PCOS (along with other issues) has put such a strain on me and my marriage and I felt so horrible. But I'm not alone...  |

I know what you mean. Finding this site was like getting an early Christmas present for me!  The only other person I've ever met who really knows anything about PCOS is my dr. - and even he seems like he needs to learn a little more! Finally, I don't feel so alone! | |

| A few ladies on the board have gone into remission, but unless your PCOS was caused by medication or such you will have it for life from what I understand. Mine goes in cycles from good to bad then back again and often it doesn't seem connected to diet and meds as much as just the way my PCOS acts. Be sure to check out the Trying To Conceive board for tons of info on getting pregnant!

A huge welcome to you! I encourage you to share the info you learn on this site with your DH (darling husband). It will help him understand what you are going through. You are soooooooo not alone.
One thing I've learned on this site is there is no stupid questions. You might have some crazy symptom and think you are a freak, but chances are more than one cysters has the same issue. They might even have a great solution!
