hoorah for helpful herbs Hi there
I've had brilliant success with a combo of herbs, vits and EFAs. Been taking them for two months and didn't see any change for a month, but in the last couple of weeks my energy levels have soared and my usual smorgasboard of PMT symptoms have been reduced to a bit of breast tenderness.
My brain fog is much reduced and I'm not irritable or restless as I usually am. Hoorah!
I've been taking fish oil (to 2g a day of EHA), Premtis (multi-vit for menstruating women), b-complex, vit e, vit c, milk thistle. The week before my period I've added siberian ginseng, co-q-10 and gingko.
These aren't self-prescribed, I saw a herbalist last year who suggested a programme for me but it is only now I've got round to it, as I was seriously depressed before.
I also take 1700mg metformin a day
