Just a little note to share with everyone who feels they are stuck there in that hole. Give it time and seek help and work hard at helping yourself find the core that is keeping you down and work through it and don't give up. I feel like there is light at the end of my tunnel, after 3yrs of therapy with my ups and downs. Now having more ups than downs. I am back doing what I love which is my art. I also entered my 1st art show ever. this is the one thing I was always afraid of, for I was afraid no one would know how good I am. What I've learned is that we are all good at what we do some will win awards and some wont. But it is okay on to the next show. I've been an artist that has gotten paid for my work since 1978. I just wouldn't compete. But I finally do now. Thanks to all the therapy and the hard work I've done. rose

I'm a lurker on this board--when I feel down I come here in hopes to gain some hope through feedback from other cysters' posts. Thanks for sharing & for the vote of confidence. Good luck with the art show!

I am so glad to hear you are doing better. I think it helps cysters sometimes when other cysters share the good things in their life.

I am also doing so much better, so for all you cysters, don't give up hope.
