How long are you using your goLITE for? Just wondering if you have bumped up the time you use it for! I am still using it for 20-25 minutes, but thinking of trying 30-35 if time permits.

Hey! I was using it for 25 minutes, but I've bumped up to 30 now. I still use it at 80% intensity though.
I really think the light has helped me though. I don't have that "down for no reason" feeling now. Yeah I get bummed out, but usually there's something behind it now.
How are you finding it? Has it helped?

I definatly think it has helped me especially through the winter month as it pretty much dark all the time here! But now it's really sunny here, and we are moving towards 24 hr daylight, so I may use my light less! But I am just used to turning it on first thing when I get up, it's kinda just a habbit.
Do you know if we should be reducing our time gradually? Or can we just stop using it, cold turkey? I'll probably reduce gradually, I'm just not really sure how gradually....

I'm not sure! My dh uses it and he went away on a business trip for 4 days and he thought he could tell the difference between using and not.
I'd say decrease it by like 3-5 minutes each week until you are weened, or try cold turkey and if you feel some sort of symptoms the i'd go with weaning. Or maybe still use it everyday, but only for 15 minutes!
