Default Is hormonal acne considered as part of PCOS?

Hello Cysters

I am wondering if persistent hormonal acne (face, neck, chest, back) could be part of having PCOS, Adrenal Fatigue?

Thank you

Acne is a symptom of PCOS. I am 28 and have been battling acne since I was 22. It's a result of high testosterone, or your body being sensitive to testosterone.
