 Hormone levels with Clomid
hi all,
Im 22 and was diagnosed with PCOS and treated by a fertility specialist early this year after trying for #1 for 18 months. I am currently on CD 17 with clomid 100 on CD days 2-6 with Ovulation Induction.
On my first ultrasound scan I was told there was no sign of anything happening and that I had a polyp in my uterus and that many women have them. My oestrogen was 550 on that day, LH was 7 and Progesterone was 2. That was the highest my oestrogene has gone so far. The following day it went back down the 300 and LH and progesterone stayed the same.
On Friday, my oestrogene was back to 350 (sits around 300-350), and LH went to 9, progesterone to 2.5. Today, I had an ultrasound where she said It didnt appear to be much activity going on but she found a follicle (or what i though was) measuring 8. But she told me there wasnt much going on, other than that i had a thick endemetrial lining. My blood results came back today and oestrogene was 350, LH 12 and prog 2. So now, my LH is rising but thats it! I have been suffering from the flu and shocking headaches since Saturday. Had really bad lower abdominal and lower back pain last night.
1.Could the rising LH mean that I could possibly be pregnant?
2. Could I ovulate so late in my cycle?
3. What else could this be due to??
