Default Hormone re-testing, advice please!

I know this has probably been answered a million times, but I am thinking of having bloodwork redone and I need to know what tests to have. I was Dx a little over 2 yrs ago, but b/w may not have been done at a good time in my cycle. It had been awhile since I had a period when I had it done. Also, I'm not sure everything was checked. I don't know if I was checked for IR or not. Also, I've had a baby since then, so I want to see if/how things have changed.
So I need to know which tests to have done and what CD to do it on (if that matters). I would appreciate any advice!

Default re: tests for PCOS

Some of the most common blood tests for PCOS include:

Blood tests for androgens (testosterone, DHEAS, androstenedione), sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG) and free androgen index (FAI)

Blood tests for oestradiol, FSH (Follicular Stimulating Hormone) and LH (Luteinizing Hormone)

Blood tests for thyroid TSH and Prolactin levels which can mimic PCOS symptoms

Blood tests for fasting glucose, insulin and cholesterol

Hope this helps!!!

All the Best,

Almost forgot..... you can do a progesterone blood test about 7 days prior to your expected menstrual period to check if you are ovulating.

Thank you. I know I've had my thyroid hormones checked in the past, so probably won't have that done again, but I would like to do testosterone and LH/FSH.
I still have to wait until I wean DS in August before I can really do much. i haven't even had AF yet since he was born 6 months ago.
