Unhappy horrible hormones

the past few weeks have been really horrible for me. I was PMSing really bad and was really moody and depressed and now that i've had AF - the moodiness still isn't going away. I feel really bad because i feel like i'm always biting heads off or being irritated with someone around me. Any suggestions for what to do? Cuz i'm really sick of it...anything that you have to offer is helpful! Thanks!

Hi. I have seen alot of the girls talking about their mood swings and I guess it is just another lovely reminder of PCOS. I don't know, you might find more info in the Depression forum Formally fealing blue posts. Good luck.
