I've kinda slacked off at exersizing, and I seem to be horribly dizzy and have terrible memory lately.
It almost feels like I'm walking around in slow motion. I'm confused a lot and forget a lot of stuff. I feel really stupid.
The dizzyness used to hit me sometimes when I stood up from sitting down, but now it's just almost constant. I don't feel safe driving and sometimes I feel like I might faint, although I never have before.
My medicines haven't really changed. I am taking a new allergy pill, forget the name, as well as a generic for Flonase daily.
I'm taking 2000mg metformin and 30mg Lisipronil for high blood pressure. I'm also taking a vitamin B supplement and calcium pill. Any ideas??

Are you drinking enough water? Not pop, juice, milk, etc. But actual water? You should be drinking at least 8 glasses (8 oz.) of water per day. Ideally, you should drink half your body weight in ounces per day (eg If you weigh 100 lbs, you should drink 50 ounces per day). Dehydration can often mimic the symptoms you are describing.

I actually don't think I've been drinking enough water. I also have been taking in a lot more carbs then I should and have been snacking and binging some on chips and cookies and my husband just HAD to make a cheesecake lastnight. Luckily I haven't gained any weight from it, maybe a pound or two.

I've also noticed my urine isn't as "much" as it used to be, so maybe I AM dehydrated. It's like I'll need to pee really bad and think it must be a bunch that's going to come out, but when I start and finish it's only a little bit. It's like "all that discomfort just for that little bit!!"
I've been taking B vitamins so can't really tell from the color if I was dehydrated like I used to do.

You could be a little dehydrated, allergy medicine with the decongestants in them act as a diruetic (allegra-d, claritin-d, etc).
Also, I had to quit taking Allegra-D for my allergies (after doing so for 10+ years) because this year it started making my ears not drain and I would get fluid in my ears. This ONLY happens when I take it for some reason, we have yet to figure it out. So it is possible that the same could be happening to you. The fluid build up will make you very light headed and dizzy, it can also make your ears ring or feel like they need to pop but won't.
Just something to think about.

I've had my thyroid checked a year or two ago, and just about every month last year when I was swapping doctors and getting diagnosed and stuff. It always comes back normal.
It started getting worse when I took this allergy medicine, so maybe that is part of it too. However without it I am full of phlegm and sneezing, runny nose year round and miserable.
Maybe I'll stop taking the pill today and just use the nasal spray and see. I've used nasal sprays in the past without these side effects.
I'm also going to start drinking a lot more water today.

Yep, this is me without my allergy medicine too. If this truly is the cause then ask your doctor about taking a diuretic along with it, this was one option given to me by my doc.
Another option that my doc gave me was to take a non-decongestant allergy med and then a separate decongestant (dura-hist) along with it. This also keeps the ear thing from happening. This is what I decided to do and it works just as good if not better than the decongestant allergy meds in my opinion.

Thanks for the help. I worked out today for an hour, drank lots of water (working on 60oz, but my goal is 100 or more for the day) and didn't take the allergy pill, just used the spray. I seem okay and no confusion or dizzyness so far.
