Looking for an easy hot dog chili recipe. Not one for the crock pot. One that is quick and easy. Thanks!

This is the easiest one I've found and my hubby loves it.
2 Tbs butter
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 Tbs paprika
2 Tbs chili powder
15 oz can tomato sauce
*melt butter is skillet
*stir in onions
*stir in hamburger and brown
*drain
*stir in salt, pepper, paprika, and chili powder
*add water to cover
*simmer until water is absorbed, stirring freq.
*stir in tom. sauce
I think it is already spicy but you could add hot sauce to it as well.
I noticed some West Virginians here and just had to so say hello! I live in the Elkview area. I would love to correspond and/or chat with my WV cysters.
Hi hormonalwv! I had friends that live(d) in the Elkview area. Have you lived there all your life? I can't remember the school they went to. Anyway, I'd love to chat with you and even see if you might know them. It's nice seeing so many WVians!
