Default hot and fainting what is it?

I'm just IR, at least a year ago anyway, but I am getting worried...is real diabetes here? I am on "real" gluc XR 750. I started it a month ago. Come same day as CD1, I was working in a small room and began to get very hot, dizzy, and nauseated. This was 2 hours after eating a heavy meat breakfast with one biscuit. I went to the bathroom and kneeled down and thankfully did not get sick. I was still dizzy. I got a wet washcloth on my neck and began to feel better. My question is, could this have been a blood sugar thing? Either too high or too low? Half the time I think my blood sugar bottoms out 2 hr after meals (weak, cranky), but this time did not feel like then. I wonder if the real diabetes is lurking up, or if the gluc is worsening things?

Would Avandia or Actos be better instead? Gluc hasn't fixed AF yet either. TIA!

Never wrestle with a pig. You both get dirty, and the pig likes it.
