how to bring on AF with natural progesterone cream?

does anyone know how to induce AF by using np cream? do you take it for 2 weeks and then stop or is there another way?

Hi,

I too am wondering the same thing...I didn't ovulate this cycle, so I'm thinking AF will not be coming on her own! So, I went to GNC and bought progesterone cream, I'm going to use it for 10-14 days and I think it should bring on AF...you're supposed to use it cd14-28 normally though (if you're not ttc, I think?). Anyways, I hope a smart cyster will answer us, but either way, I'm using it for the next couple weeks! Good luck!

I don't think I qualify as a smart cyster but I have used the progesterone cream to bring on AF. I just used it until AF started which for me is usually less than 2 weeks.

Ladies,
I'm by no means an expert having only used the pc for the past 2 months, but according to my naturopathic doctor, the directions on the box, and my TCM doctor this is what I do...
Approximately 11-13 days prior to the "desired" start of your period apply the cream to the inner thighs, upper arms, tummy, or breast area for absorbtion. Vary each application. Approximately 2 days before the desired start date of your period stop using the cream.

check out health food stores...I'm not sure what they're called in the UK, GNC is a popular one in the US. Otherwise I'm sure you could find some online to order! Good luck
