I have PCOS and am overweight. I am not on any meds for PCOS yet, won't be able to see the dr for at least 6 months but dh and I have been TTC since the begining of the year and are getting very frustrated.
What can I take to bring on my period
and what can I take to make me ovulate?
I think vitex would be worth a shot to get Af or get some NPC to induce AF.
I have used soy (small doses) and i o'ed cd28.
Research these and see if you think they would be worth a try

I take 2 - 500mg capsules each morning. I started in Feb. and it has worked very well. I am not exactly 28 days between periods, but I tend to go 23 days then 28 days over and over, so it is much more predictable. I used to never know when AF was (or is she was) coming.

is there a brand you would reccomend? Can I also take met with Vitex?
I was thinking about starting OVULEX but I think that will be too much at once no?
