Default How can I improve egg quality?

Well, it looks like I *may* have O'ed on cd20. I feel like this is true because I had the following symptons:

O day: sore bbs, acne, cramping
1DPO: sore bbs, acne, cramping
3DPO: it felt like someone was scrapping my nipples with a razor blade, I had a lot of cramping, and increased acne.

My temps do not indicate a common O so I was wondering if there was something I can take to improve the egg quality to create a better O.

Infertility Problems

Pollen stimulates ovarian function. The best results were obtained with a pollen supplementation of 2 parts per 100 in the ration, and with the substitution of animal proteins with pollen in a proportion of 5 parts per 100. The intensity of ovulation increased. Parallel to this increase in ovulation, pollen also improves the ability of eggs to withstand the incubation period. The best results were obtained with a quantity of 4 parts per 100 of pollen added to the ration, resulting in an increase in the percentage of eggs in respect to the control group. The application of pollen is recommended whenever the end result is obtaining eggs for reproduction.
This is a snippet of info I used when deciding to try Bee Pollen. The whole article is here: Do you know anything about Bee milk and pollen

I've been taking bee pollen since mid-November. I found out I was pregnant in early December. Hope that helps!
