Default how to choose hair laser surgeon?

Hi all! I am having an issue. I am saving money to get laser hair surgery on my neck and face, I shaved it when I was younger and am now getting a horrible shadow and it is painful to shave it every day! So I am saving saving!$$ BUT I do not know how to choose who to go to- American Laser centers seems good, but how can I tell?? please help! and also I want the laser surgery, ya know with the spotlight flash thingie lol not the electrolysis one, I have done electrolsysis, it was painful and not effective AT ALL. So keep in mind which one I need to do, I just need tips on how to pick - let me know if you have any suggestions! or just wanna talk! I LOVE THIS PAGE!
