Well, earlier in August I got fed up with my random cycles, and stopped. I just started checking them last week, and they are WAY up. In July, my temps were around the 96.7-96.9 range, and occasional 97 in there. Last Monday, I was at 97.4, and lately they are 97.8+. I've got 10 plus days above 97.4. I've only o'd once this year (April) and it looks to be a similar pattern. Am I crazy to hope I o'd? |

Also a/c, exercise, blankets, mouth position when sleeping, all sorts of things can affect them.
If it is under the same basic conditions, and at the same time as before, then you may have Ov'ed. But if the conditions are altered (A different time, for instance) then they won't be reliable based on your old chart. Or your body could be acting different hormonally, and this can affect it.
I suggest you keep temping and see what happens. The only way to know for sure is to temp, then wait and see if you get AF or a BFP.
Best wishes.

My Mood: Points: 7,586.06 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 7,586.06 | Here is what m OB has told me about temps before. pre-O they should be 97F-ish range. And post-O they should be 98F-ish range. I have found this to be true for myself. Between AF and O, I experience temps in the range of upper 96F's and low 97F's. Then post-O, my temps will range from around 97.7 to 98.1. When I was pg it went a bit higher around 98.3-98.5, starting at 13DPO. So with that said, to me, your temps appear to indicate O, but you'll just have to keep temping away and see if they stay consistently high. If they go up a 3rd time that will indicate a tri-phasic chart and pg is likely. I was also nearly 5wks pg before I experienced any symptoms.

Points: 1,841.03 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 1,841.03 | oh, it's definitely at the same time... I was wondering if it was because of the warmer weather, but the past few days the temp has dropped a LOT at night, and my temps are still up there.
Looking back, I've only had one reading of 98 since temping from March... I just tend to run lower I guess. Thyroid has been checked and is ok.
I was getting frustrated, because I've been REALLY trying and have lost enough weight that the doc says it should help... maybe it finally is...
Yeah, I'll keep checking and see what happens. Thanks! |
