I'm guessing here, but were you buying a gift for someone else?
Did you make sure the user name of the person you are sending it to is exactly the way they write it?
That's the only idea i can suggest. Sorry
Go to Kat's Place at the bottom of PCOS Message Board, and put a post in that if you can't make it work still.
