Quick question. When posting in a regular thread how do I get to add the smilies? In my respond box it doesn't have the smiles on the side like it does when you start a new thread or when you're doing things in your siggy. Any info is helpful...thanks!

Bumping this back up - I do not have smilies under "quick reply" , "post reply" or "go advanced" I've tried both of my browsers since the mood feature only works in IE - smilies aren't there in either IE or Firefox? Any suggestions for me?

not sure about FF...you might just want to open the smilie window, and print them out with the codes.

I would love to do that - but I don't see a smilie window! lol Maybe I'm just really missing something but I don't think so. I used to have smilies so I know where they're supposed to be but it's been months since I have had them. I just assumed it was because I was always using quick reply but even when I go advanced or 'post reply', there aren't any smilies.
I GOT IT! OK, so if anyone else has the problem - under User CP, click "edit options" and scroll down till you see "Message Editor Interface" - it has to be set to either 'standard editor' or 'advanced interface' - mine had been set to basic. My smiles are back now!

I wonder if that would resolve the ticker problems some women are having?

I am having "ticker in signature" problems. I just checked that setting...mine is set to advanced. Still having problems
Some of the ticker sites have three difference codes that could be used for various types of boards. One time I had to use the coding that was not for vbulletin and it worked. So, you might try using a different code if there is that option - I don't know why it worked before but it did!
