i just bought soy iso. how do i know how much to take and when? i've been reading posts here, but i havent had any kind of a cycle in months. so how do i know when a cycle has begun? or what days to take it on? i'm on met 1500/day right now for 2 months and nothing... can anyone give me some kind of insight? please?!

I'm taking 50mg cd 5-9. I know many who are taking more. But I believe I have estrogen dominance so I rather keep it low.

you can start taking even 80mg and go up from there until you get to a dosage amount that helps you O. So from there 120mg, 160mg and so on. I think the highest ive seen anyone taking was 200.
