 How do I know if Vitex is right for me?
Hey ladies. I am considering taking Vitex with my Metformin. I have had continuous light bleeding and no end in sight. I was waiting for ovulation when it happened. (See chart below). I have heard that Vitex helps with hormones, and therefore will help with this type of bleed. Is this true? Also, I don't know if I have a high Prolactin level or not, but I DO notice that when I am stressed at work my cycles get longer and longer as ovulation is delayed. So, is Vitex an option for me?
