how do i know when i will overlate if i dont know when im gonna have a period
hi ladies,
i was wondering if any of you could tell me how im gonna work out if i overlate if i dont know when im gonna have a period as they are messed up and i have no warning that they are gonna start they just start,

This is far from fail safe, but gives me a better idea of what my body is going thru. What is more, I am also better able to track IF I ovulate that month.
Otherwise? I keep pads with me at all times.

I agree with the other cysters, taking your BBT throughout the month and monitoring your cervix and cervical mucus can help you understand your cycle better.

You should get ahold of a book called, "Taking Charge of Your Fertility." It is so helpful in understanding your cycle and how your body works. Also, I believe the correct term you are looking for is ovulate.

im lucky becase even tho i dont have af VERY often i think i went just over 2years without a natural one lol but i do get very moody and cry a lot jsut before but then it would make it so different to guess when im oing!! so i have to agree that u should chart your fertility signs it shud help you a lot (jsut no one look at my chart lol) xxxxx

Thats how i found out i wasn't *Oing* except maybe 2-3 times a yr, it helps you learn your body and after a while i knew if i was going to or had g/l

Good Luck! Don't forget that your local library may have that book as well as several others about PCOS and TTC. This process can be expensive enough without buying every book out there. I've never purchased Taking Charge of Your Fertility, but checked it out several times. Same thing with my favorite PCOS book.
