Hi

Pl can someone tell me on how to put a direct link to another website (eg pcos article/ or health news item) directly into a post at sc?? At the moment i hand write the info down - but it doesnt always show exactly where i want it to go.

Kat explained it already here, but i cant find it. Pl if anyone could tell me in 'easy to understand' it would be great. I dont 'speak computer' well

Usually what I do is to:

1. highlight the URL from the website I want to add (just hold the mouse down and drag across the url, it will turn blue)
2. copy the link (while the url is blue, right click and click on copy)
3. and then paste it in your post/thread in sc (right click where you want to add it, and click on paste.)

You can also add the URL to a text, so that when the reader clicks on the word/words the website opens in a new window like this: I love reading the entertainment news on sky.

To do this just:

1. copy the url
2. and then in the sc post, at the top next to the buttons that make the text bold, italic etc, there is an icon with a Globe and a chain.
3. Click on that and
4. then paste the URL in the box and click on Ok!

Done!
