Smile How do I raise awareness?

Hi I was just wondering if there are any ways to raise awareness for PCOS? Until I was diagnosed last year I had never even heard of it. What are ways that I can get the message out to others. I have PCOS awareness graphics on both my Facebook and Myspace pages but I want to do more.

Also I wrote a paper about being diagnosed and my struggle to concieve, is there anywhere I can submit the paper for others to see??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think that it's great that you want to spread awareness on pcos. It's an important issue that needs more attention. I like the posters with pcos facts, books and pamphlets on pcos. The ribbon and wearing a pcos or soul cyster jacket/shirt is a way for people to ask questions about pcos. These are my suggestions i know they aren't to orginal but hope they help
