If I want to "take soy", should I be looking for capsules at the health food store, or just eating more things made from soy beans? What counts- tofu? Soy milk? Soy beans/edamame? Do bean sprouts fit on this list?
I'm confused.

To take soy for ovulation purposes, you need to take the capsule called soy isoflaves (sp?) You can get it at any store that sells vitamins, like Walmart or even Safeway. You take it at night on days 3,4,5,6,7 of your cycle. I believe I heard you should start out with 80mg. They normally come in 40mg caps, so that would be 2 everynight for those five days. If you dont o, then go up 1 more tab the next cycle. Don't go over 200mg. I HTH

Just think, if the world didn't suck, then we'd all fall off!
Quick question, I am on cycle day 10, is it too late to take the soy? I don't think I've ever ovulated so I don't think I'll ovulate on my own. I also don't have regular periods. AF was induced with progesterone this time after failed Clomid and IUI cycle.

If you never ovulate on your own, it's possible that every day is like CD1 for you. In this case, you could decide to try soy at any time. I'm seem to recall that some ladies in the Hopeful Conceptions did this and a few of them had success. I'd really recommend you check in with them. They are a great bunch and are the ones with all the info and experience.
