Default How do thin cysters regulate there cycles?

It seems like the advice to overweight cysters to regulate there cycles is to loose weight...even as much as ten pounds can cause their cycles to become regular. Well, what about us thin cysters? Who don't really have ten pounds to loose...? What is my option to make my cycles regular? What do you do?

Are you trying to make them regular to ttc or just regular? If not ttc, they will usually put you on BCP. Met helped regulate mine and low carb diets can help even us thin cysters.

Nothing has regulated mine yet. I've been on Met since last December and it hasn't helped with that. BCPs worked really well for me--I didn't have any of the problems that some people talk about with it.

I've tried soy (worked for 2-3 cycles and then nothing). I've tried Vitex (nothing, no af at all). I've tried Royal-bee-something (nothing). I've tried Provera (was regular as long using it but didn't help in the long run and last time I used it af was late from the last pill for nearly 2 weeks).

At the moment I'm trying Zinc, Spearmint and licorice root tea, and Gymnema Sylvestre (to regulate my insulin levels). We will see, 1st cycle successed. And now I hope the O showing in my chart is for real.
