I just had a hysteroscopy to remove the one polyp we saw that really turned into being 4 big polyps and small ones so he had to do a d and c. Mine were never seen on my many many many transvaginal ultrasounds. I have had cramping pelvic pain some irreg bleeding not much and the only way we found the polyp was through a saline ultrasound. They put a small cathater in you and fill you up with saline and it blacks everything out and you can see usually if you have a polyp or fibrioids. We saw a mass and thought it was 1 bigger polyp. Then when I had my HSG we saw the same thing which my RE knew we would. He went in there Friday thinking there was going to be one polyp but instead found 4 big ones and a ton of small ones and he thinks it impacted my fertility big time. Only time will tell but I am so happy they found them and got them out
