Hello ladies, I am due to increase my dosage tomorrow to 50 mg from 25, my question is how do you take it, one with one meal and the other with another meal or do you take them both at the same time?

ive only ever been on 100. So just take mine breakfast time. Could you ask your pharmacist when you should be taking it??

Per someone else's post here, I read that Spiro has a relatively short life (doesn't circulate too terribly long). So to keep it floating around, I take 50mg in the am and 50mg again in the pm.
