Default How do you use NPC?

Not so new, but still learning a lot...

Stopped BCP in Feb 08, had 3 AF- last AF May 11... nothing since, not pregnant. Can I use NPC to start up my cycle now? Do I have to wait until next AF? Is it time to see doc again?

Any advice? I'd like to start now on TTC journey... all advice welcome.

Hi Anagolfinho,
I am struggling with a protocol for NPC right now, also. So, I really don't feel qualified to give any advice. Except to say a general concensus seems to be that you start after ov. around day 14 and continue through time for AF to start. There is great info. in some of the NPC threads. Very knowledgable cysters with excellent advice. The thread titled "Another NPC question" has great resources. Again these resources offered by extemely knowledgable cysters. They have proven to be invaluable to me. The cysters, as well, as their resources. I went out and bought Dr. Lee's book, "What Doctors May Not Tell you About Menapause" I think is the name. I don't have it with me, but thats close to the title. It's an excellent book with tons of info on NPC. He has another book, "What Doctors May Not Tell You bout Perimenapause". The perimenapause book is actually the one I meant to buy. But the one I have, and the other, I'm sure cover How to use NPC cream at all different stages, for different problems. I hope this helps.
