Its a Tea .. The box stares at me everyday but I just don't know..
I was taking the meds but I started back to work and it all went to the dogs...I am going to start again though since I really don't want to go on the BCP at all...I felt like it was working for the short time I was taking it, it felt like things were changing with my plumbing and my face wasnt as red
Tomorrow I am going to start taking it all again...
I wish I was a good pill taker !
