Default How does your AF come on (Vitex)?

Hi Ladies,

This is my 2nd cycle of Vitex and AF came 43 days after starting. It started out as a slow spotting for about 4 days before a full blown bleed. Now, 26 days later I am starting to spot again. It seems like my cycles are starting to become more regular, but what is with the subtle spotting? What are your AF's like on Vitex?

TIA,

Default 3rd cycle

I'm now on my third cycle of vitex and loving it! I went from about 40-50 day cycles (with O around day 30-40) to 30-35 day cycles (with O around day 15-20)...it also increased my lp by from about 10 to 15 days. Other than that, I haven't noticed much difference (spotting is about the same and I actually get EWCM now when I O).

hi,
i have read that regular spotting for a few days before af would indicate a lack in progesteron.
i am on my first cycle of vitex, feeling better all over, even less facial hair to pull out. i o-ed on day 21...so i am waiting and hoping...(my cycles before that were not that bad eather. they just seamed to get worse, that's why i started vitex.)
anja

forgot to say that you could try npc (natural progesteron cream) for the spotting. you can read more about it @ this board.
