Default How is everyone doing with their slimming programs?

Just wondering...We had that thread a while back about what people are doing to lose weight...

I am still with Slimming World and have lost two stone, three if you include what I lost berfore starting...I still struggle sometimes but I am getting better at distracting myself when I feel myself wanting to binge...

How are you all doing?

I'm doing great with mine. Only had one weight gain since November which was half a pound and which I re-lost again. I don't have any cravings, I am never hungry. It's brilliant. I do the whole healthy eating, exercise and calorie counting thing.

So, I have lost 5 stone 1lb and with any luck I hope that's increased at tomorrows weigh-in.

My goal is to get to 10stone, I am currently 11 stone 6lbs.

Thanks Melissa, I am hoping to be done around Novemberish ... and then the real fun begins ... maintaining ... I am soooo not looking forward to that part, infact, it frightens me lol

You have done brilliantly yourself!! In all my time with this new woe I have never wanted to binge except for today, so like you, I have had to learn to distract myself lol I'm blaming AF, she should be gone soon thankfully. So well done you in finding how to beat the binge
