Okay so yesturday AF mad ehe appearance after getting progesterone shot on friday. It started off brown and by last night i was having horrible cramps and very red flow. This morning i felt horrible. Crampy, exsausted. However my flow is almost non exsistant now! WTH? I was going to start soy tonight. should i still? Like i could be okay with out a TP now. I also started met yesturday. My stomach hurts today and i am nausiated..that is prolly the met? any advice?

nauseated stomach could be the met yes. Try taking it before bed, keeps those symptoms down. that flow sounds wild..maybe you should ask the doc. Ive never had the progesterone shot just the pills for days and days.

I always take my Met in the middle of a meal for my morning pill and right before bed for my night pill. It seems to keep the nausea and sickness from met to a minimum.

So sorry to hear you are having a bad day.

I didn't have a prog. shot but the same thing happened to me this cycle. One day of red flow, followed by 4-5 days of barely, i mean almost NOTHING spotting. no need for even a panty liner. AF never came back... no idea what was up with that, but i continued as if i had a full AF, and took 80 mg of Soy CD 3-7. I guess we'll both just have to wait and see?
