Default How important is it to take it at the same time everyday?

I usually take my synthroid every night at 11:30 pm. My endo wanted me to start taking it in the am so I can eat a snack at bedtime for my blood sugar.
So I thought I would stagger it until the morning so I wouldn't be a shock to my system. I plan to now always take it at 7:00 am.
The first day I took it at 4:30 am instead of 11:30pm. The second day I took it at 7:00 am. The third day DH got up and turned the alarm off in his sleep and I took it at 9:00 am.
So that is 3 days at diff times. I always usually take it at the exact same time everyday.
I am TTC and am 7 days past ovulation. Will taking the synthroid at all different hours like that cause me not to get pregnant?
I'm really scared about this!!

My PCP told me to just take it when I wake up in the morning and not to worry too much about if I can't wait the hour to eat. She said she has been taking it for years and what is really important is that I take it every day. She knows that I am getting ready to ttc. On weekdays I take it about 5:15 am and on the weekends it is anywhere from 6:00 - 7:30 depending on when I wake up.

Good luck!

That small variance in time should make no difference, as long as you have taken it, you will be fine. Women who are hypothyroid can get pregnant, although studies have shown that the babies tend to have a lower IQ. This is NOT a concern for you...a few hours difference in time will not affect you or the baby! It's only important that you take it every day.
